A REFRESHING candidate

 Proverbs 15:23

King James Version

23 A man hath joy by the answer of his mouth:

and a word spoken in due season,

how good is it!

I knew nothing about JD Vance, until two months ago.

Trump  declared Vance his choice for VP.

And I wondered why he chose a former critic.

Today, SPIRIT led me to some short videos.

For the first time, I heard Vance speak.

Finally, a refreshing voice one can listen to.

A voice that speaks loud, and clear.

A voice that makes sense.

A voice with order.

I learned these from Wikipedia:

Vance was critical of Trump in 2016.

Then changed his tone in 2020.

Trump's sons wanted Vance to be running mate.

Elon Musk would support their candidacy.

He would give $45-M every month for their campaign.

But Elon says it will be "much lesser amounts".

Vance is a candidate unafraid of questions.

He answers easily.

A change from the babbling, fumbling, heckling, cackling Kamala.

Who has absolutely no respect for people who want to hear sense.

The very voice, alone, grates upon my soul.

The very mannerisms shock my system.

The whole "concept" is unreal.

Pure sorcery, if anything.

I wonder what effect she has on others.

Well, I got tired of listening to her.

There is no substance.

And then again, it could be a "ploy".

JD Vance holds his own.

He's supportive of Trump.

He's Trump's GREATEST ace.

He's not afraid to call Kamala for what he perceives she is.

I'm writing this article because he made TWO statements on Kamala.

Which, strangely, resonate with the feelings I've been getting about her.

When you live by the Bible, you are on alert for such personalities.

Vance reports that those "in D.C." (Democrats, Republicans, and those she has worked with in the Senate) has this to say:

"Kamala Harris is so insecure. She doesn't like to be challenged. If you don't like to be challenged, and you don't like to engage in open debate, you should be nowhere near the Oval Office of the United States of America."

-- JUST IN: JD Vance Takes Multiple Questions From Reporters At Post-VP Debate Michigan Campaign Rally

Again, Vance is spot-on  with his comment here:

"Kamala Harris is not big enough to take on the United States of America."

-- JD Vance Tells The Story Of Trump Calling Him Following Second Assassination Attempt

I've never been into politics.

I don't understand it, and I don't want to be part of it.

I don't appreciate the methods, betrayals, and wranglings.

But I felt it necessary to warn you about the proud Kamala.

Who, I felt, had been biding her time, supporting Biden.

Until he could not support himself any longer.

She knew it was just a "matter of time".

"Aging" versus "disparaging".

She has this false sense of "bravado".

"Wings" her way through questions.

Acts belligerent.

Resents questions.

That's a disservice to the American people.

I don't feel her "love", nor competence.

Acts nonchalant, and that's dangerous.

I feel her contempt, and mockery.

She tries to be "slick", as she smiles, or laughs.

She doesn't honor the people listening to her.

She tries to charm her way through.

She reminds me of these verses:

Proverbs 6:16-19

King James Version

16 These six things doth the Lord hate:

yea, seven are an abomination unto him:

17 A proud look,

a lying tongue,

and hands that shed innocent blood,

18 An heart that deviseth wicked imaginations,

feet that be swift in running to mischief,

19 A false witness that speaketh lies,

and he that soweth discord among brethren.

2 Timothy 3:6-7

King James Version

6 For of this sort are they which creep into houses,

and lead captive silly women laden with sins,

led away with divers lusts,

7 Ever learning,

and never able to come

to the knowledge of the truth.

I fear for the American people, should she win.

Not to mean Trump is spotless.

Same with JD Vance.

Is any politician "spotless"?

Is any human being "spotless"?

Romans 3:23

King James Version

23 For all have sinned,

and come short of the glory of God;

In contrast to her, Vance is opposed to these:

abortion

same-sex marriage

gun control

American military aid to Ukraine

The telling factor will be what they think of Israel.

Governments will come, and go.

Will rise, and fall.

Depending how they treat GOD's chosen nation.

I'm just concerned he's turned Catholic.

When he was formerly evangelical Protestant.

He had an "interfaith" marriage with a Hindu.

Future problems in administration can stem from these.

We need to be born again, to be taught by GOD's SPIRIT.

Only the HOLY SPIRIT is TEACHER of TRUTH.

He teaches us about JESUS.

Vance is but 40 years old.

He's the second-youngest member of Senate.

And now, he's candidate for vice president.

He may yet be president one day.

"James David Vance (born James Donald Bowman;[a] August 2, 1984) is an American politician, author, venture capitalist, and Marine veteran who has served since 2023 as the junior United States senator from Ohio. He is the Republican nominee for vice president in the 2024 United States presidential election."

-- Wikipedia

He served for four years in the US Marine Corps.

He was military journalist there.

He has also written a NY Times best-seller.

"Hillbilly Elegy: A Memoir of a Family and Culture in Crisis" became a 2020 film.

Directed by the respected Ron Howard.

The book, and film, revealed Van's turbulent childhood.

He had to have three jobs to support himself through Yale Law School.

He had a dysfunctional mom, and mercifully, a reliable grandmother.

Vance seems comfortable with the media.

His journalism background may have made him adept at campaigning.

He respectfully answers any question presented to him.

Again, in sharp contrast to the infamous Kamala.

Who is criticized for "dodging" questions.

You can't seem to "pin" her on any "stand".

And that is very dangerous.

Wait till she becomes president.

How the Democrats have allowed it to go this far.

How the world has allowed it, too.

I'm just a born again workman.

And a deep observer of the "times".

All I care about is upholding GOD's truth.

And to warn you of personalities who don't.

Especially for the critical U.S. elections.

I cringe when I hear Kamala boast.

I cringe when I hear other politicians speak.

It's refreshing to listen to JD Vance.

We all could use a change.

But I don't have GOD's abilities.

I can only pray for us all.

The WORLD today

 1 Peter 5:2-3

King James Version

2 Feed the flock of God which is among you,

taking the oversight thereof,

not by constraint, but willingly;

not for filthy lucre, but of a ready mind;

3 Neither as being lords over God's heritage,

but being examples to the flock.

We look to the world today, and know Scripture is being fulfilled.

There is no sterling example of a person, or a nation, to look up to.

All have gone their way, made their own rules, defying the LAWS of GOD.

As born again, I grieve at my heart.

And yet, I know all is going according to GOD's plan.

All I can pray for is that people wake up to the TRUTH of CHRIST.

That they finally believe in Him.

Become aware of their sins.

And repent of it.

And LOVE GOD, above all.

I pray the forgotten ones be remembered, saved, and freed.

There are so many people in the world suffering.

From abuse, poverty, oppression, slavery, and wars.

Many don't make it to the news.

Or if the news covers it, they do so for propagandists.

All have promoted their own personal agendas.

And with a digitalized world, we've got tons of platforms to do so.

Satan's painted the town red.

With the blood of saints.

With the blood of the young.

With the blood of the poor.

Do you think GOD will allow that for long?

I wait for a particular day.

Known ONLY to the LORD.

The most intriguing verse of all.

Which signifies when GOD will act.

Alerting both Jew, and Gentile:

Romans 11:25

King James Version

25 For I would not, brethren,

that ye should be ignorant of this mystery,

lest ye should be wise in your own conceits;

that blindness in part is happened to Israel,

until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in.

From which moment the Jews will finally honor the LORD JESUS:

Matthew 23:39

King James Version

39 For I say unto you,

Ye shall not see me henceforth,

till ye shall say,

Blessed is he that cometh

in the name of the Lord.

As I wait, I pray for the comfort, and safety, of all oppressed.

May everyone have a family to go home to.

A roof over their head.

Clothes on their back.

Food on the table.

A good night's sleep.

FREE of fear, and war.

FREE of chaos, and confusion.

FREE of deceit, and destruction.

FREE of hate, and horror.

FREE of sin, and suffering.

Oh, how I long for such a world for everyone!

It will come.

It will come.

SPIRIT assured me:

Revelation 21:1-7

King James Version

21 And I saw a new heaven and a new earth:

for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away;

and there was no more sea.

2 And I John saw the holy city,

new Jerusalem,

coming down from God out of heaven,

prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.

3 And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying,

Behold,

the tabernacle of God is with men,

and he will dwell with them,

and they shall be his people,

and God himself shall be with them,

and be their God.

4 And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes;

and there shall be no more death,

neither sorrow,

nor crying,

neither shall there be any more pain:

for the former things are passed away.

5 And he that sat upon the throne said,

Behold,

I make all things new.

And he said unto me,

Write:

for these words are true and faithful.

6 And he said unto me,

It is done.

I am Alpha and Omega,

the beginning and the end.

I will give unto him that is athirst

of the fountain of the water of life freely.

7 He that overcometh shall inherit all things;

and I will be his God, and he shall be my son.

GOD hears every person's cry.

Psalm 34:15-20

King James Version

15 The eyes of the Lord are upon the righteous,

and his ears are open unto their cry.

16 The face of the Lord is against them that do evil,

to cut off the remembrance of them from the earth.

17 The righteous cry, and the Lord heareth,

and delivereth them out of all their troubles.

18 The Lord is nigh unto them that are of a broken heart;

and saveth such as be of a contrite spirit.

19 Many are the afflictions of the righteous:

but the Lord delivereth him out of them all.

20 He keepeth all his bones:

not one of them is broken.

The world has gone to the "dogs".

All because it belonged to a "dog".

Witness how he boasted to JESUS:

Matthew 4:8-11

King James Version

8 Again, the devil taketh him up

into an exceeding high mountain,

and sheweth him all the kingdoms of the world,

and the glory of them;

9 And saith unto him,

All these things will I give thee,

if thou wilt fall down and worship me.

It just follows we cannot expect anything good from the world.

Romans 3:23

King James Version

23 For all have sinned,

and come short of the glory of God;

1 John 5:19

King James Version

19 And we know that we are of God,

and the whole world

lieth in wickedness.

These verses accurately describe the world we have today:

Romans 3:9-18

King James Version

9 What then?

are we better than they?

No, in no wise:

for we have before proved both Jews and Gentiles,

that they are all under sin;

10 As it is written,

There is none righteous, no, not one:

11 There is none that understandeth,

there is none that seeketh after God.

12 They are all gone out of the way,

they are together become unprofitable;

there is none that doeth good, no, not one.

13 Their throat is an open sepulchre;

with their tongues they have used deceit;

the poison of asps is under their lips:

14 Whose mouth is full of cursing and bitterness:

15 Their feet are swift to shed blood:

16 Destruction and misery are in their ways:

17 And the way of peace have they not known:

18 There is no fear of God before their eyes.

Men, before you think of your next million, think on the poor.

Women, before you think of your next get up, think on those suffering.

Children, look to GOD always.

For this was prophesied:

Jeremiah 31:31-34

King James Version

31 Behold,

the days come,

saith the Lord,

that I will make a new covenant

with the house of Israel,

and with the house of Judah:

32 Not according to the covenant that I made

with their fathers in the day

that I took them by the hand

to bring them out of the land of Egypt;

which my covenant they brake,

although I was an husband unto them,

saith the Lord:

33 But this shall be the covenant

that I will make with the house of Israel;

After those days, saith the Lord,

I will put my law in their inward parts,

and write it in their hearts;

and will be their God, and they shall be my people.

34 And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour,

and every man his brother, saying,

Know the Lord: for they shall all know me,

from the least of them unto the greatest of them,

saith the Lord:

for I will forgive their iniquity,

and I will remember their sin no more.

And has come:

Hebrews 10:16-26

King James Version

16 This is the covenant that I will make

with them after those days,

saith the Lord,

I will put my laws into their hearts,

and in their minds will I write them;

17 And their sins and iniquities will I remember no more.

18 Now where remission of these is,

there is no more offering for sin.

19 Having therefore, brethren, boldness

to enter into the holiest by the blood of Jesus,

20 By a new and living way,

which he hath consecrated for us,

through the veil, that is to say, his flesh;

21 And having an high priest over the house of God;

22 Let us draw near with a true heart

in full assurance of faith,

having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience,

and our bodies washed with pure water.

23 Let us hold fast the profession of our faith

without wavering;

(for he is faithful that promised;)

24 And let us consider one another

to provoke unto love and to good works:

25 Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together,

as the manner of some is;

but exhorting one another:

and so much the more,

as ye see the day approaching.

26 For if we sin wilfully

after that we have received

the knowledge of the truth,

there remaineth no more

sacrifice for sins,

There is hope.

If JESUS is your hope.

Is JESUS your hope?

There is peace.

If JESUS is your peace.

He is THAT PEACE.

Which GENERATION are you?

Daniel 4:3

King James Version

3 How great are his signs!

and how mighty are his wonders!

his kingdom is an everlasting kingdom,

and his dominion is from generation

to generation.

Is there a way of bridging generation gaps?

SPIRIT gave me a cool idea.

We looked into "demographics".

And here's what we found.

Never again will you resent other generations.

Never again will you scoff at other generations.

SPIRIT's method gives us better appreciation of others.

The scientific, and spiritual way.

FIRST, the simplest definition of "demography":

"the overall study of population"

-- Wikipedia

SECOND, have a look at each generation.

When  were you born?

When were your parents born?

When were your grandparents born?

When were their parents born?

This will be eye-opening.

Lost Generation

"The social generation is generally defined as people born from 1883 to 1900, coming of age in either the 1900s or the 1910s. The term is also particularly used to refer to a group of American expatriate writers living in Paris during the 1920s.[1][2][3] Gertrude Stein is credited with coining the term, and it was subsequently popularised by Ernest Hemingway, who used it in the epigraph for his 1926 novel The Sun Also Rises: "You are all a lost generation."[4][5] "Lost" in this context refers to the "disoriented, wandering, directionless" spirit of many of the war's survivors in the early postwar period.

In the wake of the Industrial Revolution, Western members of the Lost Generation grew up in societies that were more literate, consumerist, and media-saturated than ever before, but which also tended to maintain strictly conservative social values."

Greatest Generation

"The social generation is generally defined as people born from 1901 to 1927.[1] They were shaped by the Great Depression and were the primary generation composing the enlisted forces in World War II.

An early usage of the term The Greatest Generation was in 1953 by U.S. Army General James Van Fleet, who had recently retired after his service in World War II and leading the Eighth Army in the Korean War. He spoke to Congress, saying, "The men of the Eighth Army are a magnificent lot, and I have always said the greatest generation of Americans we have ever produced."[2] The term was further popularized by the title of a 1998 book by American journalist Tom Brokaw. In the book, Brokaw profiled American members of this generation who came of age during the Great Depression and went on to fight in World War II, as well as those who contributed to the war effort on the home front. Brokaw wrote that these men and women fought not for fame or recognition, but because it was the "right thing to do".[3] This cohort is also referred to as the World War II generation."

Silent Generation

"The generation is generally defined as people born from 1928 to 1945.[1] By this definition and U.S. Census data, there were 23 million Silents in the United States as of 2019.

In the United States, the Great Depression of the 1930s and World War II in the early-to-mid 1940s caused people to have fewer children and as a result, the generation is comparatively small. It includes most of those who fought during the Korean War. Upon coming of age in the postwar era, Silents were sometimes characterized as trending towards conformity and traditionalism, as well as comprising the "silent majority".[4] However, they have also been noted as forming the leadership of the civil rights movement and the 1960s counterculture, and creating the rock and roll music of the 1950s and 1960s."

Baby boomers

"The generation is often defined as people born from 1946 to 1964 during the mid-20th century baby boom. The dates, the demographic context, and the cultural identifiers may vary by country.

In the West, boomers' childhoods in the 1950s and 1960s had significant reforms in education, both as part of the ideological confrontation that was the Cold War,[6][7] and as a continuation of the interwar period. Theirs was a time of economic prosperity and rapid technological progress.[10] In the 1960s and 1970s, as this relatively large number of young people entered their teens and young adulthood—the oldest turned 18 in 1964—they, and those around them, created a very specific rhetoric around their cohort,[11] and the social movements brought about by their size in numbers, such as the counterculture of the 1960s[12] and its backlash."

Generation X

"Researchers and popular media often use the mid-1960s as its starting birth years and the late 1970s as its ending birth years, with the generation being generally defined as people born from 1965 to 1980.[1] By this definition and U.S. Census data, there are 65.2 million Gen Xers[2] in the United States as of 2019.

As children in the 1970s and 1980s, a time of shifting societal values, Gen Xers were sometimes called the "latchkey generation", which stems from their returning as children from school to an empty home and needing to use a key to let themselves in. This was a result of what is now called free-range parenting, plus increasing divorce rates, and increased maternal participation in the workforce prior to widespread availability of childcare options outside the home."

Generation Y

"Researchers and popular media use the early 1980s as starting birth years and the mid-1990s to early 2000s as ending birth years, with the generation typically being defined as people born from 1981 to 1996.

As the first generation to grow up with the Internet, Millennials have also been described as the first global generation.[5] The generation is generally marked by elevated usage of and familiarity with the Internet, mobile devices, and social media.[6] The term "digital natives", which is now also applied to successive generations, was originally coined to describe this generation."

Generation Z

"Researchers and popular media use the mid-to-late 1990s as starting birth years and the early 2010s as ending birth years.

As the first social generation to have grown up with access to the Internet and portable digital technology from a young age, members of Generation Z, even if not necessarily digitally literate, have been dubbed "digital natives".[6][7][8][9] Moreover, the negative effects of screen time are most pronounced in adolescents, as compared to younger children.[10] Compared to previous generations, members of Generation Z tend to live more slowly than their predecessors when they were their age,[11][12] have lower rates of teenage pregnancies, and consume alcohol (but not necessarily other psychoactive drugs) less often."

Generation Alpha

"Researchers and popular media use the early 2010s as starting birth years to the mid-2020s as ending birth years (see § Date and age range definitions). Named after alpha, the first letter in the Greek alphabet, Generation Alpha is the first to be born entirely in the 21st century and the third millennium.

Generation Alpha has been born at a time of falling fertility rates across much of the world,[6][7] and experienced the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic as young children. For those with access, children's entertainment has been increasingly dominated by electronic technology, social networks, and streaming services, with interest in traditional television concurrently falling. Changes in the use of technology in classrooms and other aspects of life have had a significant effect on how this generation has experienced early learning compared to previous generations. Studies have suggested that health problems related to screen time, allergies, and obesity became increasingly prevalent in the late 2010s."

Demographics save us the trouble of judging each other harshly.

Let's first look at where each of us have been.

We need to visualize the lives, challenges, and hardships of others.

We must have compassion for each other.

We have not actively walked in each other's shoes.

Let us have mercy on each other, that GOD may have mercy on us, too.

Psalm 100

King James Version

100 Make a joyful noise unto the Lord, all ye lands.

2 Serve the Lord with gladness: come

before his presence with singing.

3 Know ye that the Lord he is God:

it is he that hath made us, and not we ourselves;

we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture.

4 Enter into his gates with thanksgiving,

and into his courts with praise:

be thankful unto him,

and bless his name.

5 For the Lord is good;

his mercy is everlasting;

and his truth endureth

to all generations.

The BROTHERHOOD verses

1 John 4:6

King James Version

6 We are of God:

he that knoweth God heareth us;

he that is not of God heareth not us.

Hereby know we the spirit of truth,

and the spirit of error.

GOD really wants this done.

He wants me to tell you about real "brotherhood".

That's why He woke me really early.

This is THIRD in the series of articles.

As SPIRIT inspired me to do.

What is REAL brotherhood?

Do you have a real one?

How shall it be defined?

Who defines it best?

Scripture tells us more.

FIRST, through JESUS' teachings:

Matthew 5:21-24

King James Version

21 Ye have heard that it was said of them of old time,

Thou shalt not kill; and whosoever shall kill

shall be in danger of the judgment:

22 But I say unto you,

That whosoever is angry with his brother

without a cause shall be in danger of the judgment:

and whosoever shall say to his brother, Raca,

shall be in danger of the council:

but whosoever shall say,

Thou fool,

shall be in danger of hell fire.

23 Therefore if thou bring thy gift to the altar,

and there rememberest that thy brother

hath ought against thee;

24 Leave there thy gift before the altar,

and go thy way;

first be reconciled to thy brother,

and then come and offer thy gift.

Matthew 12:49-50

King James Version

49 And he stretched forth his hand

toward his disciples, and said,

Behold my mother and my brethren!

50 For whosoever shall do

the will of my Father which is in heaven,

the same is my brother, and sister, and mother.

Matthew 18:15-17

King James Version

15 Moreover if thy brother shall trespass against thee,

go and tell him his fault between thee and him alone:

if he shall hear thee, thou hast gained thy brother.

16 But if he will not hear thee,

then take with thee one or two more,

that in the mouth of two or three witnesses

every word may be established.

17 And if he shall neglect to hear them,

tell it unto the church:

but if he neglect to hear the church,

let him be unto thee as an heathen man

and a publican.

Matthew 18:20

King James Version

20 For where two or three

are gathered together in my name,

there am I in the midst of them.

Matthew 18:21-22

King James Version

21 Then came Peter to him, and said,

Lord, how oft shall my brother sin against me,

and I forgive him? till seven times?

22 Jesus saith unto him,

I say not unto thee,

Until seven times:

but, Until seventy times seven.

Matthew 18:23-35

King James Version

23 Therefore is the kingdom of heaven

likened unto a certain king,

which would take account of his servants.

24 And when he had begun to reckon,

one was brought unto him,

which owed him ten thousand talents.

25 But forasmuch as he had not to pay,

his lord commanded him to be sold,

and his wife, and children, and all that he had,

and payment to be made.

26 The servant therefore fell down,

and worshipped him, saying,

Lord, have patience with me, and I will pay thee all.

27 Then the lord of that servant

was moved with compassion, and loosed him,

and forgave him the debt.

28 But the same servant went out,

and found one of his fellowservants,

which owed him an hundred pence:

and he laid hands on him,

and took him by the throat, saying,

Pay me that thou owest.

29 And his fellowservant fell down at his feet,

and besought him, saying,

Have patience with me, and I will pay thee all.

30 And he would not:

but went and cast him into prison,

till he should pay the debt.

31 So when his fellowservants saw what was done,

they were very sorry,

and came and told unto their lord all that was done.

32 Then his lord,

after that he had called him, said unto him,

O thou wicked servant,

I forgave thee all that debt,

because thou desiredst me:

33 Shouldest not thou also have had compassion

on thy fellowservant, even as I had pity on thee?

34 And his lord was wroth,

and delivered him to the tormentors,

till he should pay all that was due unto him.

35 So likewise shall my heavenly Father do also unto you,

if ye from your hearts forgive not

every one his brother their trespasses.

Matthew 25:40

King James Version

40 And the King shall answer and say unto them,

Verily I say unto you,

Inasmuch as ye have done it unto

one of the least of these my brethren,

ye have done it unto me.

John 10:14-18

King James Version

14 I am the good shepherd,

and know my sheep, and am known of mine.

15 As the Father knoweth me, even so know I the Father:

and I lay down my life for the sheep.

16 And other sheep I have, which are not of this fold:

them also I must bring, and they shall hear my voice;

and there shall be one fold, and one shepherd.

17 Therefore doth my Father love me,

because I lay down my life,

that I might take it again.

18 No man taketh it from me,

but I lay it down of myself.

I have power to lay it down,

and I have power to take it again.

This commandment have I received

of my Father.

John 13:34-35

King James Version

34 A new commandment I give unto you,

That ye love one another; as I have loved you,

that ye also love one another.

35 By this shall all men know

that ye are my disciples,

if ye have love one to another.

SECONDLY, through the prophets' and apostles' teachings:

2 Samuel 1:23-26

King James Version

23 Saul and Jonathan were lovely

and pleasant in their lives,

and in their death they were not divided:

they were swifter than eagles,

they were stronger than lions.

24 Ye daughters of Israel,

weep over Saul,

who clothed you in scarlet,

with other delights,

who put on ornaments of gold

upon your apparel.

25 How are the mighty fallen in the midst of the battle!

O Jonathan, thou wast slain in thine high places.

26 I am distressed for thee, my brother Jonathan:

very pleasant hast thou been unto me:

thy love to me was wonderful,

passing the love of women.

Psalm 133:1

King James Version

133 Behold,

how good and how pleasant it is

for brethren to dwell together in unity!

Proverbs 17:17

King James Version

17 A friend loveth at all times,

and a brother is born for adversity.

Proverbs 18:24

King James Version

24 A man that hath friends must shew himself friendly:

and there is a friend that sticketh closer than a brother.

Proverbs 27:9-10

King James Version

9 Ointment and perfume rejoice the heart:

so doth the sweetness of a man's friend

by hearty counsel.

10 Thine own friend,

and thy father's friend,

forsake not;

neither go into thy brother's house

in the day of thy calamity:

for better is a neighbour that is near

than a brother far off.

Jeremiah 34:8-9

King James Version

8 This is the word that came unto Jeremiah from the Lord,

after that the king Zedekiah had made a covenant

with all the people which were at Jerusalem,

to proclaim liberty unto them;

9 That every man should let his manservant,

and every man his maidservant,

being an Hebrew or an Hebrewess, go free;

that none should serve himself of them,

to wit, of a Jew his brother.

Romans 14:13

King James Version

13 Let us not therefore judge one another any more:

but judge this rather,

that no man put a stumblingblock

or an occasion to fall in his brother's way.

Romans 14:19

King James Version

19 Let us therefore follow after the things

which make for peace,

and things wherewith one may edify another.

1 Timothy 5:8

King James Version

8 But if any provide not for his own,

and specially for those of his own house,

he hath denied the faith,

and is worse than an infidel.

Hebrews 2:9

King James Version

9 But we see Jesus,

who was made a little lower than the angels

for the suffering of death,

crowned with glory and honour;

that he by the grace of God

should taste death for every man.

Hebrews 2:10-13

King James Version

10 For it became him,

for whom are all things,

and by whom are all things,

in bringing many sons unto glory,

to make the captain of their salvation perfect

through sufferings.

11 For both he that sanctifieth

and they who are sanctified are all of one:

for which cause he is not ashamed to call them brethren,

12 Saying,

I will declare thy name unto my brethren,

in the midst of the church will I sing praise unto thee.

13 And again, I will put my trust in him.

And again, Behold I and the children

which God hath given me.

Hebrews 2:14-15

King James Version

14 Forasmuch then as the children

are partakers of flesh and blood,

he also himself likewise took part of the same;

that through death he might destroy him

that had the power of death, that is, the devil;

15 And deliver them who through fear of death

were all their lifetime subject to bondage.

Hebrews 2:16-17

King James Version

16 For verily he took not on him the nature of angels;

but he took on him the seed of Abraham.

17 Wherefore in all things it behoved him

to be made like unto his brethren,

that he might be a merciful and faithful high priest

in things pertaining to God,

to make reconciliation

for the sins of the people.

Hebrews 10:22-25

King James Version

22 Let us draw near with a true heart

in full assurance of faith,

having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience,

and our bodies washed with pure water.

23 Let us hold fast the profession of our faith

without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;)

24 And let us consider one another

to provoke unto love and to good works:

25 Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together,

as the manner of some is;

but exhorting one another:

and so much the more,

as ye see the day approaching.

1 Peter 1:22-23

King James Version

22 Seeing ye have purified your souls

in obeying the truth through the Spirit

unto unfeigned love of the brethren,

see that ye love one another

with a pure heart fervently:

23 Being born again,

not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible,

by the word of God,

which liveth and abideth for ever.

1 John 3:14

King James Version

14 We know that we have passed from death unto life,

because we love the brethren.

He that loveth not his brother abideth in death.

1 John 3:15

King James Version

15 Whosoever hateth his brother is a murderer:

and ye know that no murderer

hath eternal life abiding in him.

how dwelleth the love of God in him?

1 John 4:7-8

King James Version

7 Beloved, let us love one another:

for love is of God;

and every one that loveth is born of God,

and knoweth God.

8 He that loveth not knoweth not God;

for God is love.

1 John 4:9

King James Version

9 In this was manifested the love of God toward us,

because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world,

that we might live through him.

1 John 4:10-11

King James Version

10 Herein is love,

not that we loved God, but that he loved us,

and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins.

11 Beloved, if God so loved us,

we ought also to love one another.

1 John 4:12-13

King James Version

12 No man hath seen God at any time.

If we love one another, God dwelleth in us,

and his love is perfected in us.

13 Hereby know we that we dwell in him,

and he in us, because he hath given us of his Spirit.

1 John 4:14-15

King James Version

18 There is no fear in love;

but perfect love casteth out fear:

because fear hath torment.

He that feareth is not made perfect in love.

1 John 4:7-19

King James Version

19 We love him,

because he first loved us.

1 John 4:20-21

King James Version

20 If a man say, I love God,

and hateth his brother, he is a liar:

for he that loveth not his brother whom he hath seen,

how can he love God whom he hath not seen?

21 And this commandment have we from him,

That he who loveth God love his brother also.

The TRUE born again knows what "brotherhood" means.

Because we love GOD.

We are taught by JESUS.

We are reminded by SPIRIT.

We live by the Bible.

And this the Bible states --

Only through JESUS  can we have PEACE.

Isaiah 9:6

King James Version

The Prince of Peace.

King James Version

that in me ye might have peace.

In the world ye shall have tribulation:

but be of good cheer;

I have overcome the world.
